Job Description:

GENERAL PURPOSE: The Repair & Maintenance Manager in planning, organizing, and developing of the overall operation of the maintenance department. Responsible for maintenance activities for the upkeep of the venues. The goal is to ensure the company facilities are well-cared for and adequate to support the company’s business operations.

MAIN DUTIES:
Conduct inspections daily/ weekly / monthly of outlets
Identify areas for improvement and take care of issues
Develop maintenance schedules and enforce them
Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities
Perform troubleshooting to solve minor repair issues
Make Plans for upper-level improvements and preventative maintenance
Assist and supervise contractors as they perform their services/repairs
Oversee all repair and installation activities




Perform administrative tasks as required
Maintain maintenance supplies and inventory.
Solid understanding of technical aspects of kitchen maintenance, plumbing, electrical systems etc
Look after maintenance procedures and ensure implementation
Ensure H&S; records are maintained
Ensure health and safety policies are complied with and maintain a protected and hygienic work setting
Attend any meeting or training session as required by Management
Respond to emergency calls for maintenance
Supervise and schedule the activity of Maintenance Operatives
