Key Responsibilities
Support development of architectural concepts, layouts, and presentations.
Prepare 2D drawings and 3D models for proposals and documentation.
Assist in creating working drawings, construction drawings, and detailed plans.
Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and project teams for design revisions.
Participate in site visits for measurements and inspections.
Maintain drawing documentation, revisions, and reports.
Prepare BOQs and material specifications.
Ensure compliance with standards, codes, and project guidelines.
Skills & Qualifications
B.Arch degree.
Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory).
Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, Rhino is a plus.
Basic understanding of materials, detailing, and construction methods.
Robust design sense and visualization ability.
Valuable communication, time management, and willingness to learn.
