Role Description : The Talent Acquisition Associate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes to support rapid growth at (link removed). This full-time role, based in office in Bengaluru, includes sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating and conducting interviews, and managing communication with hiring managers and applicants.

Qualifications :




Candidates should possess skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting to manage end-to-end hiring processes effectively.
Candidates with Real Estate experience is an advantage
1 year to 2 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition
Candidates should possess solid Interviewing and Hiring skills to assess candidates and support informed selection decisions.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and provide clear, timely updates to candidates.
Relevant experience in talent acquisition, HR, or recruitment within quick-paced or high-growth organizations.
Ability to prioritize multiple roles, work with data-driven hiring metrics, and meet aggressive hiring timelines.
Comfort with using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), job portals, and qualified networking platforms for sourcing.
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
