Job Role:
Meet with clients / sponsors to promote and discuss the scope event and requirements
Organize registration of participant, prepare programs and promotional material
Co-ordinate services for events.
Update the websites, social media and web pages, .
Identify the target audience of every product through market research
Organize facilities and manage all event's details such as decor, catering, entertainment, transportation, location, invitee list, special guests, equipment, promotional material etc
Identify vendors for each event including booth builders, AV providers, Printers,
Ensure compliance with insurance, legal, health and safety obligations




Cooperate with marketing and PR to promote and publicize event
Proactively handle any arising issues and troubleshoot any emerging problems on the event day
Conduct pre- and post - event evaluations and report on outcomes
Research market, identify event opportunities and generate interest .

Skills Required:
A confident and self-motivated individual with nature flair to problem solve and collaborate with clients and internal partners.
Software skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project (or equivalent Project management tool).
Natural attention to details
Valuable presentation skills both in development and delivery
Positive Communication Skills.
