Job Summary:

We are seeking a energetic and experienced Store Manager to lead our apparel store. The ideal candidate will drive sales, manage store operations, ensure excellent customer service, and lead a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Performance Management:
Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Monitor and analyze sales trends to implement improvement strategies.
Team Leadership:
Recruit, train, and develop store staff.
Motivate and manage the team to deliver high performance.
Conduct performance appraisals and address any staff issues.
Customer Experience:
Ensure superior customer service and satisfaction.
Resolve customer complaints professionally and promptly.
Store Operations & Administration:
Manage inventory, stock levels, and deliveries.
Oversee cash handling, POS systems, and store reporting.
Maintain store presentation, cleanliness, and safety standards.
Merchandising & Marketing:




Implement visual merchandising strategies aligned with brand standards.
Plan in-store promotions, campaigns, and loyalty programs.
Keep up-to-date with fashion trends and product knowledge.
Compliance & Standards:
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health & safety regulations.

Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Retail Management, Fashion, or related field (preferred).
Proven experience as a store manager, preferably in apparel or fashion retail.
Robust leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Knowledge of inventory management, merchandising, and retail operations.
Analytical mindset with the ability to drive sales and performance.
