Brief:
Understanding the requirement and Preparing a sourcing plan for different requirements
(Both IT & Non.IT Clients).
Work closely with Hiring Managers to maximize effectiveness of recruiting process.
Have experience in junior-level, mid-level, senior-level positions and also internal
requirements.
Sourcing profiles through various sources like database, referral and by online
recruitment services like

Timesjob.com, Monster.com, LinkedIn, Shine and Naukri.

Preparing/ Maintaining Spread Sheets of the candidates based on their experience and
skills for easy data mining.
Responsible for discussing the job profile with the candidates.
Responsible for scheduling interviews, Sourcing, Short listing/ Screening the suitable
candidates as per the requirement.
Gathering feedback for the profiles sent to the Client.
Scheduling Interviews.
Follow up with candidates till Joining.
Timely follow-up with the candidates- From selection until they join the organization by
helping them with the formalities.
Maintaining valuable relationship with Candidates and follow up with them for any other

references
