Job Description: Job Summary: He will be responsible for preparing detailed architectural and structural drawings, layouts, and construction documents for residential and commercial real estate projects. The role requires accuracy, attention to detail, and a valuable understanding of building standards, materials, and design specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and revise architectural, civil, and structural drawings using AutoCAD or other design software.
Convert conceptual designs, sketches, and rough layouts into detailed working drawings.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure design accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
Maintain updated drawing records, revisions, and documentation for all ongoing and completed projects.
Ensure that all drawings conform to company standards, building codes, and local regulations.




Assist in preparing quantity take-offs, layouts, and presentation drawings when required.
Collaborate with site teams for drawing clarifications and technical support during execution.
Manage drawing files, including digital and hard copy archives, in an organized manner.

Qualifications and Skills:
Diploma or ITI in Civil / Architectural Draftsmanship or equivalent qualification.
Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, or similar software will be an added advantage.
Valuable understanding of architectural drawings, detailing, and construction processes.
Solid attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
