Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage production activities during the shift
Ensure production targets are achieved with optimal efficiency
Monitor and control plastic processing operations such as injection molding, extrusion, or blow molding
Maintain product quality as per standards and specifications
Troubleshoot machine and process issues to minimize downtime
Coordinate with maintenance team for breakdowns and preventive maintenance
Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machines, and materials
Maintain production reports, shift logs, and documentation
Follow and enforce safety, health,
and environmental guidelines
Implement continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, 5S, etc.)
Required Skills:
Understanding of quality control systems
Basic knowledge of maintenance practices
Valuable communication and reporting skills
Required Qualification: CIPET
Salary :- Upto 4.40 LPA
