Worked in any startup/Small /mid sized company/preferred
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Handling End-to-End Recruitment process.
Sourcing & Screening of profiles, Identify suitable resumes through various means through Job sites, Internal references, database and social sites.
Scheduling and Coordinating Interviews, and follow up with candidates.
Build and maintain an active pool of candidates to meet hiring targets in an effective manner
Prior experience in hiring Java/fullstack resources will be preferred.
Conducting weekend drives
