Qualification: Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering

Job Summary:
We are looking for a QA/QC Engineer with hands-on experience in sheet metal
fabrication to ensure product quality, dimensional accuracy, and compliance with design
specifications. The ideal candidate should have a robust understanding of quality
inspection methods and fabrication standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Inspect and verify sheet metal components as per drawings and quality standards.
Conduct in-process and final quality checks to ensure dimensional accuracy and
surface finish.
Maintain and update inspection reports, test certificates, and quality




documentation.
Identify non-conformities and coordinate corrective and preventive actions.
Ensure adherence to ISO / internal quality procedures during production.
Collaborate with production, design, and fabrication teams to resolve quality related issues.

Skills & Competencies:
Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication processes (cutting, bending, welding,
assembly).
Familiarity with engineering drawings, tolerances, and inspection methods.
Experience in using measuring instruments and quality documentation.
Robust observation, analytical, and reporting skills.
