Monitor, identify and resolve performance/behavior/attendance issues using the prescribed performance management techniques
Monitor and take action on productivity, personnel.
Conduct performance appraisals.
Provide constructive feedback from time to time and ensure performance.
Provide Subject Matter Expertise.
Modify Operations as needed to meet service level agreements under supervision of Operations Manager.
Successfully complete all client related training.
Hold team meetings with the direct reports.
Communicate all process and client changes to direct reports within specific timeliness.
Provide hands-on assistance to your team in case of issues, both through direct intervention and mentoring.
Be directly responsible towards fostering the development of the team by inspiring them and ensuring career advancement and a long-lasting and fruitful relationship of the team with the Company through timely & constructive feedback and counseling.
