Calling US Customers / NIGHT SHIFT JOB
COORDINATION between customers and Restaurant
Attending incoming and making out going calls.
Taking orders and passing on to Restaurant.
Interface between food delivery agents, portals and restaurant.
Proactive Communication with Customers
Answering Customers calls
Providing feedback on product development
Managing & Presenting information
Planning and multitasking
Taking direction
Interpersonal communication
Time management, specially to meet deadlines
Self-motivated: demonstrating the ability to achieve the Customer satisfaction with minimal supervision
Must possess solid communication and presentation skills and be able to communicate professionally over the phone
Organized, versatile and analytical
Ability to cope under rigorous pressure.
