Responsible for corresponding with the buyer regarding package date, costing and samples availability.
Get fabric and Raw Material Order form verified and appproved by the DMM and Manager-Merchandiser respectively.
Taking necessary action on receipt of Physical reports (shortages/ rejection) in coordination with the concerned PPC staff and junior Merchandiser.
Ensure weekly recap on the status with the dept-purchase & PPC .
Reviewing package planning sheet along with merchandiser and revert with input to DMM/Manager- Merchandising.
Making Marker approval available with the factory.
Sending Shipment Schedule to Commercial Department .
Updating all Concerned departments on the confirmed orders.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Should have excellent leadership, interpersonal and relationship management skills.
Should have worked in a garment manufacturing set up
