Employee Engagement & Culture
Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture
Lead employee engagement initiatives and surveys
Address employee concerns and maintain healthy relations
Performance Management
Design and implement performance appraisal systems
Drive goal setting, KPIs, and productivity improvement




Support leadership in performance reviews and succession planning
Learning & Development
Identify training needs and implement L&D; programs
Develop leadership pipelines and career progression frameworks
