About the role Nisiki holds IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and RoHS certifications, with a shop-floor rework rate under 3%.
This role owns the management system that keeps those numbers where they are — reporting independently of operations, as IATF 16949 requires.
What you'll do
Own IATF 16949/ISO 9001 documentation, internal audits, and management review cycles
Act as management representative for external certification audits
Drive corrective and preventive action closure across the plant
Maintain the quality management system as our customer base and certifications expand
What you'll bring
Engineering degree with IATF 16949/ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification
4–6 years of QMS experience in an automotive supplier organisation
