Impact the bottom line: Constantly learn, enhance skills and identify opportunities for process improvement leveraging a deep understanding of assigned work; provide feedback and inputs to SMEs, Leads & Managers on identified areas of improvement, prospects for automation

Define Sutherland's reputation: Oversee and manage performance and service quality to guarantee customer satisfaction; provide coaching and feedback

Strengthen relationships: Establish and maintain communication with all stakeholders including Client, their customers, team members and leaders; understand needs, resolve issues, and meet expectations

Take the lead: Lead Application development and maintenance as per the standard processes. Ensure successful transfer of complex domain knowledge to subject matter expert

(Qualifications)




Experience on editing simulations to integrate voices to the slides as relevant.

Experience on author topics or assessments within Learning Content Management Systems using its native features and elements.

Experience on collaborating with the Voiceover artists to get the voiceovers recorded.

Followed the courseware design standards and guidelines as defined to ensure high quality deliverables.

Followed the content repository guidelines and conventions to ensure long-term maintenance and upkeep of training content.

Worked closely with the project managers to support PM-related activities and completion of deliverables as per schedules.

Experience on the principles of the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) ISD model.

Participated in design and content reviews with Education Services and cross-functional team members.

Worked on gathering, evaluating, and where appropriate, acted upon client feedback to enhance course design with assistance from a senior ID
