Job Responsibilities:
Provide product and service information to customer
Plan, develop and oversee the overall business development strategy.
Work with sales and marketing teams in development of new aspects of business.
Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
Planning and overseeing current marketing initiatives.
Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
Provide an impeccable level of customer service to clients
Proactively communicate issues pertaining to his her account – to the relevant internal business partners and customer
Excellent planning and organisational skills
The ability to work calmly under pressure
Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
Desired Skills:
Previous experience in the luxury/ fashion sector
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of luxury brands
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Confident, articulate and eloquent
Proficient user of IT systems, both customer service specific and windows or mac packages
Solid listening skills
Problem solver with strong organizational and follow-up skills
Flexibility in schedule, able to assist with overtime if necessary
