We are having an opening in MIS Executive/Telecaller whose role will be more into telecalling and MIS(70:30) ratio.

Skill Required:
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize task(s) in a high volume, high stress setting.
Ability to be proactive, detail oriented, and organized, with positive follow-up skills.
Valuable verbal spoken and written English.
Graduation is mandatory
Sound Experience in outbound calling
Advanced Excel (V-lookup, H-lookup, Distinct, Count IF, and PIVOT).

Responsibilities:

Involved in the calculation of the forecast errors, trends and reporting the same for the niche market.
Data analysis and reporting.
Miscellaneous duties/projects as assigned.
Designing and delivery reports and insights to help analyze key financial and operational performance metrics.
Creating a culture of continuous learning and self-development. Preparation of MIS Reports relating to Internal and Operations.
