We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Banking & Finance Assistant Manager/Manager to oversee banking relationships, financial operations, and fund management activities of the company. The role involves managing working capital, ensuring compliance, and optimizing financial performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle working capital arrangements and documentation with banks and NBFCs.
Manage daily banking operations, including loan management and fund disbursement.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards.
Coordinate with accounts and management teams to optimize financial performance.
Ensure periodic FEMA compliances and support audit requirements.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
CA/MBA (Finance) preferred.
Robust understanding of banking products, trade finance, and treasury functions.
Prior experience in the jewellery or manufacturing sector is preferred.
Excellent communication, analytical, and negotiation skills.
