· Ability to create quality network & exposure in the local market.

· Acquisition and managing of current as well as existing financial advisors / distributors from the market.

· Should be AMFI Passed/or need to pass during 6 months after joining.

· Ability to build positive relationships with advisors.

· Ability to lead the team of advisors

· Ability to train and develop advisors for business.

· Should have zeal to learn and then guide other advisors for different financial products.

· Should be interested in seeing themselves as a team (Advisor) managing a profile from day

Skills:- financial advisor, AMFI and mutual fund
