Role Overview

We are looking for a Design Researcher with 3 years of experience to join our multi-disciplinary team. In this role, you will be the primary advocate for human needs. You will lead end-to-end research, from framing questions in ambiguous healthcare domains to spending time in field settings, uncovering latent needs, and converting behavioral insights into strategic design directions.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Field Research: Plan and execute qualitative and generative research studies (in-depth interviews, ethnography, contextual inquiry, journey mapping, and co-creation sessions) with patients, doctors, nurses, and pharmacists.

Synthesis & Framing: Translate complex field notes, observations, and clinical workflows into transparent, actionable insights, personas, care-journey maps,



and prospect frameworks.

Concept Validation: Facilitate rapid feedback loops and usability evaluations on early-stage concepts, physical packaging prototypes, and digital health tools.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner directly with UX/UI designers, product managers, brand strategists, and business leaders to turn research insights into tangible product and service innovations.

Visual Storytelling: Translate research findings into compelling stories, visual artifacts, and presentations that build empathy and drive strategic alignment across non-design stakeholders.
