Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Sourcing
Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for assigned positions.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, consultants, and internal databases.
Create and execute sourcing strategies for technical, engineering, corporate, and leadership roles.
Conduct initial screening and assessment of candidates.

Stakeholder Management
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and competency expectations.
Schedule and facilitate interviews between candidates and interview panels.
Ensure timely collection and sharing of interview feedback.

Candidate Management
Engage candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Conduct HR discussions, salary negotiations, and offer rollouts.
Maintain a positive candidate experience and employer branding.

Offer & Onboarding
Prepare compensation proposals and obtain necessary approvals.




Coordinate pre-employment activities including medicals, background verification, and document collection.
Track candidate joining status and reduce offer dropouts.

Recruitment Operations
Maintain recruitment dashboards, trackers, and MIS reports.
Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and processes.
Manage ATS and job portal databases effectively.

Employer Branding
Support job postings on LinkedIn, Naukri, and other platforms.
Participate in campus hiring, walk-in drives, and recruitment campaigns.
Promote employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.

Qualifications

Educational Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
MBA/PGDM in Human Resources preferred.
