Lead the design and development of highway projects from conceptual planning through construction completion, utilizing advanced CAD and engineering software
Conduct comprehensive site analysis, traffic studies, and feasibility assessments to inform project planning and optimization
Prepare detailed technical specifications, design drawings,



and construction documentation that comply with Indian and international highway standards
Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently while maintaining quality standards and regulatory compliance
Coordinate with government agencies, municipal authorities, and external stakeholders to obtain necessary approvals and permits
Oversee construction activities, conduct site inspections, and ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality benchmarks
Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a team-oriented and professional work environment
Analyze project data and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions
Stay current with industry best practices, emerging technologies, and evolving highway engineering standards
Prepare comprehensive project reports and present findings to senior management and stakeholders
