Job Title: UI Designer

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled UI Designer with strong visual design fundamentals and hands-on experience in building and scaling design systems. The ideal candidate should be able to deliver clean, intuitive, and user-friendly interfaces for complex, system-level products.

Key Responsibilities

Design high-quality, visually consistent user interfaces for web and mobile applications.

Create, manage, and scale a comprehensive design system to maintain visual consistency across products.

Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and developers to convert user needs into seamless UI solutions.

Deliver end-to-end UI design—from wireframes and prototypes to final visual screens.

Conduct design reviews, ensure design quality, and maintain brand/design guidelines.

Work on complex workflows and system-level products, ensuring clarity and simplicity.

Required Skills & Experience





3–4 years of UI/UX design experience, with a focus on UI craft and execution.

Strong UI design fundamentals backed by a portfolio showcasing visual clarity, detail, and system thinking.

Proven experience in creating, maintaining, and scaling design systems.

Excellent Figma skills—component libraries, auto-layout, prototyping, interactive components, etc.

Prior experience working on complex, multi-layered, system-level products.

Bachelor’s degree in Design from a Tier-1 institute (IIT, NIFT, NID, or equivalent) – preferred, not mandatory.

Positive to Have

Experience working in quick-paced product or startup settings.

Understanding of UX principles, user research, and interaction design.

Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate design decisions effectively.
