Job Summary:
We are looking for a energetic and hands-on IT Manager with robust experience in the stock broking industry. The ideal candidate will be an all-rounder – capable of managing infrastructure, applications, trading platforms, compliance technology, cybersecurity, and coordinating with vendors and regulators. This role demands both strategic thinking and operational execution.

Technical Leadership
 Manage and maintain end-to-end IT infrastructure (servers, firewalls, networks, cloud)
 Ensure smooth functioning of trading platforms (ODIN, NOW, NEST, BSE Star MF, etc.)
 Troubleshoot application or connectivity issues impacting order placement or risk management

Compliance & Security
 Ensure IT systems comply with SEBI, NSE, BSE, NSDL, and CDSL regulations
 Lead periodic audits (IT, Cybersecurity, Exchange inspections) and documentation
 Implement cybersecurity protocols including data backup, DR drills, endpoint protection

Operations & Vendor Coordination
 Coordinate with vendors for trading software, back-office systems, telecom, and cloud services
 Oversee AMC and SLA agreements, license renewals, and IT budgeting
 Handle integrations with APIs for algo trading,



client onboarding (KYC), and CRM

Team & Support Management
 Lead a small team of IT support staff and engineers
 Manage IT helpdesk for internal users and frontline trading desks
 Provide training/support to ensure adoption of digital tools

IT Strategy & Digital Innovation
 Support digital transformation projects (e.g., mobile trading app, client portal enhancements)
 Evaluate recent technologies relevant to broking and fintech to improve user experience

Key Skills Required:
 Strong knowledge of stock broking platforms, market APIs, RMS systems
 Familiarity with SEBI/Exchange IT circulars and cybersecurity frameworks
 Hands-on with networking, Linux/Windows servers, and cloud (AWS/Azure)
 Excellent coordination and multitasking skills
 Ability to balance technical depth with business understanding

Preferred Background:
 Prior work experience in a stock broking firm, depository participant, NSE and BSE.
 Exposure to platforms like ODIN, NOW, NEST, BSE Star MF, etc.
 Understanding of regulatory audits and RBI/SEBI technology mandates
