Achievement of tertiary target for the specified products
Generate leads through direct project site visits and various stakeholders like applicators and dealers / our sales force (SOs/SMs/ASMs)
Visit sites/meet customers based on leads and ensure the necessary support through the network for material quotes. Arrange for suitable applicators where required so that we get the order. In case required, provide estimates to customers to manage orders.
Focus on product mix and ensure top quality products are sold in line with the company's guidelines from time to time
Provide technical assistance at sites where necessary - extend help in handling customer complaints
Identify and engage with applicators, engineers/ consultants etc . Brief about our products and systems & help convert customers to our products.




Build long term relationship with the identified set of stakeholders (applicators, engineers/ consultants etc) through regular meets (shop, regular meets/launches ) product training and in office assistance
Help in managing participation in company promotions for applicators (or any others in future) to maximize sales
Assist Marketing in conducting product trials / checking out recent competitor products/ building references for our products in the market
Keep track of competitor products/ their launches/ market practices & trends and report these suitably to your superior/marketing.
