CORE COMPOSITES MANUFACTURING EXPERIENCE
Manufacturing of composites.
Composite manufacturing processes (autoclave, vacuum bagging, curing)
CFRP (Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer) manufacturing.
Carbon fiber reinforced fabric handling and processing.
Composite layup operations and techniques.

COMPOSITE STRUCTURES & COMPONENTS
Composite structures design and manufacturing.
Large composite component fabrication.
Complex geometry composite parts.
Structural composite assemblies.
Multi-layer laminate structures.

QUALITY CONTROL & ASSURANCE
Quality control of composite products.
In-process quality inspection for composites.
Composite material inspection and testing.
Laminate quality verification (fiber orientation, resin content, void analysis)
Dimensional inspection of composite parts.

TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS
Mechanical Engineering degree (Bachelor's/Master's)
14 - 16 years of experience in composites quality.
Aerospace, Defense, or Space industry background.
