Job Description:
Position: Recruiter
Location: Mumbai ( Ghatkopar ) & Kolkata (Beliaghata Crossing)
Office Timing - 9.30 To 7 Pm ( Alternate Saturday Off )
Key Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and recruit qualified candidates for positions in accounting and finance.
Coordinate interviews, background checks, and onboarding for current hires.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand team needs and job specifications.
Maintain an up-to-date candidate pipeline and keep records in the recruitment system.
Attend job fairs, networking events, and actively engage on qualified platforms (LinkedIn, etc.).
Support diversity and inclusion initiatives in the hiring process.
Provide guidance on hiring trends and best practices.
Ensure compliance with legal hiring practices.
