Job Description:

6 days working- All Saturday are half day

Role Overview

We’re looking for a proactive Social Media & E-Commerce Associate who can manage our social presence, update our Shopify and Amazon stores, and support product listings and brand collaborations across digital platforms.
This is a energetic role for someone who loves both creativity and operations — from posting Instagram Reels to updating Shopify product pages.

Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
Manage and schedule content across social platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.)
Upload Reels, posts, and Stories following brand tone and design direction
Track engagement metrics and suggest content improvements
Coordinate with the design and marketing teams for campaigns and launches

E-Commerce & Website
Update and maintain product listings on Shopify (images, descriptions, tags, pricing)
Manage Amazon listings, including keyword updates, inventory checks, and product uploads
Collaborate with marketplaces, brand partners, and online platforms for new product listings




Ensure website collections and gift boxes are up-to-date with latest launches and stock

Lead & Customer Management
Manage incoming leads from website forms and social channels
Coordinate responses for B2B gifting or event collaboration inquiries
Maintain lead database and support outreach follow-ups

Requirements
1–2 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or e-commerce operations
Strong understanding of Instagram, Shopify, and Amazon Seller Central
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Basic design or content editing skills (Photoshop/Canva preferred)
Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple tasks

Bonus Skills (Valuable to Have)
Experience with influencer or brand collaborations
Knowledge of Meta Ads or Shopify Analytics
Passion for wellness, lifestyle, or fragrance-based products
