RunLoyal is looking for a customer-focused and detail-oriented Customer Onboarding Associate / Junior Customer Onboarding Specialist to support the successful onboarding of new customers onto the RunLoyal platform. This role is ideal for early-career specialists who enjoy working directly with customers, coordinating onboarding activities, and supporting SaaS implementations.

You will work closely with Development, Infrastructure, QA, and Support teams to ensure customers are set up correctly and have a smooth onboarding experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support day-to-day customer onboarding activities for new RunLoyal customers.

• Act as a customer-facing point of contact during the onboarding phase, handling basic queries and follow-ups.

• Coordinate onboarding calls, demos, and platform walkthroughs.

• Collect onboarding requirements and assist with system configuration and setup.

• Support data collection, validation, cleanup, and standard CSV-based imports.

• Perform data sanity checks and identify missing or incorrect information.

• Update onboarding trackers, timelines, and internal documentation.





• Coordinate with internal teams such as Implementation, Support, Product, and Engineering to resolve onboarding-related issues.

• Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and onboarding sign-off activities.

• Document onboarding processes, FAQs, and common customer challenges.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Robust written and verbal communication skills.

• Comfortable in a customer-facing role with external stakeholders.

• Basic understanding of SaaS platforms, onboarding, or implementation workflows.

• Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets.

• Robust attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in customer onboarding, customer success, implementation, or support roles.

• Experience working in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.

• Familiarity with CRM systems, ticketing tools, or project management tools.

• Basic knowledge of data imports, CSV files, and system configurations.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, IT, or a related field.
