Job Description:
To ensure timely preparation and submission of required information such Responsibilities: either category wise or individual details for existing material and data such as issue of material, consumption of material against Production Order etc.
To check and monitor accounting of Receipts through GRN.
To check and monitor accounting of Issuance of material through Production Order.
Physically check material with proper documentation like Delivery Challan, 4 Tax Invoice (Include Excise Gate Pass), Test Certificate of Item, Packing List.
Co-ordinate with QC dept. for Raw Material verification and maintain the record of approval rejection.
Responsible to purchase requisition of raw material accordance with required from production department and minimum stock level for every month.
Prepare MIS for analysis and reporting of Monthly charts.
Outstanding, rejection and returnable items and periodic review with all concerned dept.
Reconciliation of physical inventory variations,



justifying the reasons and providing accountability of material,
Working with 6S system. (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain, Safety).
Managing a team consisting of Store Officer & Contract Labours to serve internal and external stakeholders in a better way.
Maintain self-discipline and better Housing Keeping.
To ensure effective implementation of Food Safety Management System.
Responsible for the improvement in respected functioning area of the company relation to food safety.

Skills Required:
To ensure continual improvement is facilitated using quality tools, Quality Management System, Total Productive Management, Food policy.
Hands on knowledge in the field of stores activities, inventory control and all material movement.
Valuable Knowledge of Tally.
Manpower Planning.
