Key Responsibilities
Customer Support: Assist customers with inquiries via phone, email, whatsapp chat, providing clear and accurate information.
Shadowing & Learning: Observe senior agents to learn effective communication techniques, de-escalation strategies, and product knowledge.
Data Management: Accurately document customer interactions and update records in our digital system.
Appointment Coordination: Assist in scheduling, rescheduling, and canceling patient appointments.
Patient Intake: Learn to collect and verify patient demographic information accurately.
Inbound Routing: Direct calls to appropriate departments
Inquiry Management: Provide general hospital information, such as visiting hours, location directions, and service availability.
Data Integrity: Maintain exact electronic medical records (EMR) while ensuring 100% compliance with privacy regulations.
Empathy & Resilience:Ability to handle sensitive situations and speak with patients who may be anxious or in pain.
Confidentiality:

Multitasking:Proficiency in typing while speaking, with the ability to navigate multiple software windows simultaneously.
Language:Explicit articulation, To be fluent in Tamil, Malayalam and English are significant.
