Hyderabad (In office) | 2–5 Years | Competitive Fixed Salary + Performance-Based Variable Pay (Approx. ₹8–9 LPA CTC)

About the Role

I'm looking for a strategic right-hand partner — someone who can own execution across two growing organizations so I can focus on growth and partnerships. This isn't a task-execution role; it's a trust-based partnership. You'll operate with real decision-making latitude: managing priorities, driving business development, and increasingly taking ownership of initiatives end-to-end as you prove judgment.

Over time, this role is designed to grow — the person who does this well becomes someone I delegate real authority to, not someone who stays in a support lane.

What You'll Own

Business Development & Growth

Own a portion of the pipeline — lead generation, qualification, and nurturing through to close

Represent the organization in early-stage client conversations

Build proposals and sales materials, and manage CRM hygiene

Work directly with me on partnership strategy, not just execution of it

Founder's Office & Execution





Own my calendar, priorities, and follow-through — not just scheduling, but deciding what deserves my time

Run point on travel, logistics, and vendor/stakeholder coordination

Turn research and scattered inputs into decision-ready reports and recommendations

Track every open loop across both organizations and close them without being chased

Handle confidential and sensitive matters with full discretion

Who This Is For

Someone 2–5 years in who has outgrown "assistant" work and wants ownership. You're fluent in English, Hindi, and Telugu, comfortable overlapping with US hours, and — most importantly — you want a role where your judgment compounds over time instead of staying fixed.
