�� Role Overview
We’re hiring a hands-on, metrics-driven Demand Generation Manager with deep B2B IT
Services experience to drive pipeline through digital marketing, outbound campaigns,
sales enablement, and campaign analytics. This role demands comfort with both execution
and strategy and close collaboration with agencies, SDRs, and internal teams.
�� Key Responsibilities
Run end-to-end digital demand generation campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, and
email.
Work directly with performance marketing agencies or manage in-house execution
where needed.
Own campaign planning, landing pages, audience targeting, and reporting.
Partner with Sales for email sequences, battle cards, objection handling, and
outreach kits.
Oversee social media marketing calendar in collaboration with content and design
teams.
Track and optimize campaign performance, cost-per-lead metrics, and lead funnel
efficiency.
�� Must-Have Skills & Experience
4–6 years of experience in B2B digital marketing for IT Services, SaaS, or cloud
transformation firms.
Hands-on experience or management oversight of digital agencies running paid and
social campaigns.
Solid understanding of marketing funnels, buyer journeys, and lead qualification
metrics.
Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, HubSpot,
or Salesforce.
�� Preferred Qualifications
Exposure to social media marketing and content marketing.
Experience working with AWS GTM programs or co-funded campaigns.
Basic understanding of SEO principles and website conversion best practices.
