Software Development Engineer III (SDE 3)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Development Engineer III (SDE 3) to join our energetic engineering team. As an SDE 3, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining complex software systems, mentoring junior engineers, and driving technical excellence across the organization.

Responsibilities:
Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve software systems.
Lead the technical design and implementation of current features and services.
Write high-quality, maintainable, and scalable code.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define and deliver product requirements.
Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of learning and growth.
Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
Contribute to architectural decisions and technical strategy.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field,



or equivalent practical experience.
5+ years of qualified software development experience.
Proven experience in designing and building scalable, distributed systems.
Solid proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, C++, Python, or Go.
Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
Experience with database technologies (SQL, NoSQL).
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Robust communication and collaboration skills.
Experience with Agile development methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with microservices architecture.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools.
Contributions to open-source projects.
Experience in leading technical projects or teams.
