We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented US IT Recruiter with 1–2 years of experience in the US staffing industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working exclusively on W2 requirements, sourcing and screening IT professionals, and managing the recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
Work on W2 IT requirements received from clients and implementation partners.
Source candidates through job boards such as Dice, LinkedIn, Monster, CareerBuilder, and internal databases.
Screen candidates for technical skills, experience, work authorization, location, and rate expectations.
Conduct initial interviews and evaluate candidate suitability for open positions.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers/vendor contacts.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of W2 candidates across various IT technologies.
Negotiate compensation packages and manage offer discussions.
Required Skills
1–2 years of experience in US IT Recruitment.
Strong understanding of W2 hiring processes and compliance requirements.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Hands-on experience with job portals and LinkedIn Recruiter.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced, target-driven environment.
Positive understanding of US tax terms, employment types, and work authorizations.
Note: This role is strictly focused on W2 requirements and requires recruiters who are comfortable working exclusively on W2 prospects in the US staffing domain.
