a. Generate Leads from assigned Industry / Location segment.

b. Use various campaign methods i.e. Mailing, Cold calling, exhibitions and seminars, forums and databases etc.

c. Identify Key decision makers, Interact with CXOs / various functional heads.

d. Represent the company and solutions to key decision makers, make presentations, case studies and related documents.

e. Analyze client pain areas, size up requirement and propose a solution.
Pre-Sales Consultation -

a. Understand Client requirements.

b. Understand key pain areas.

c. Design a solution based on the selected hardware platform / technology.

d. Find out Software customization requirement, document them, and coordinate with development team to prepare feasibility report.

e. Get a sign off from the client on agreed upon scope of customizations.

f. Get a sign off from the client on overall scope of project.
Sales Activities -

a. Prepare commercial quotes / bids.

b. Prepare timelines for the proposed projects taking into consideration the need of client on timelines. Establish an agreement with client on timelines.

Carry out commercial negotiations with client representative.

d. Strategize pricing and negotiation policies based on client, requirement and competition.

e. Negotiate commercial terms with client representative.

f. Based on agreed upon pricing and terms, ensure timely receipt of orders.
Post Sales Activities -

a. Due diligence of the order received.

b. Prepare requisition for arrangement of materials according to agreed upon timelines. Follow up for timely delivery.

c. Prepare internal order for customization. Follow up for timely delivery.

d. Assist Payments team for timely collection of advances (if any) / payments as per the milestones agreed upon with the client.

e. Assist Support team if required for execution of project as per agreed upon scope.
Marketing -

a. Assist Marketing team on competition study.

b. Assist in collecting client feedback / testimonials.

c. Share inputs on marketing materials.

d. Participate in various marketing campaigns.
