Job Description:

We are having an opening for the position of Jr. Admin Executive with one of our very reputed clients in the FMCG Industry in Mumbai (Chunabhatti) locations.

Job responsibilities:
Handle branch activities.
Several MIS preparations, i.e., DSR, Cash Collection MIS, Cheque Deposition MIS, and Other MIS.
Stock reconciliation.
Day to day support to Yakult Ladies (YLs) of a center, like issuing stocks, challans, invoices, and sales revenue collection from YL.
CMS deposition on time.
Incentive sheet preparation.
To manage the sales cash and petty cash expenses of the given center.
Coordination with HO as well as branch staff.
Complete the staff attendance sheet daily and ensure it is submitted to the HR department on time.
Maintaining the stationary.
Getting an order over the phone.




Maintain daily sales report of sales – Home Delivery (HD) team and keeping a logbook of vehicles.

Age: 22 to 30 Years

Work experience: up to 1 Year

Candidates Profile:
Male candidate with pleasant personality, comfortable to work in teams, punctual, sincere, polite to others, good communication skills (English & Hindi) and must have strong computer knowledge (MS Excel & MSWord).
Excel, word, positive verbal & written communication, valuable typing speed (30 wpm)
Communication, teamwork, positive attendance, punctuality, responsibility, sincerity to the job, polite to others
