Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and effective instruction to students in grades 6 to 10.
Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards.
Manage classroom behavior to create a positive and productive learning workplace.
Foster student engagement through various teaching strategies and activities.
Assess student progress and provide timely feedback.
Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
Participate in career development activities.
Contribute to the school community and its programs.
Utilize behavioural answers using the STAR-R framework when addressing student situations.
Qualifications:
Robust subject matter expertise in the relevant grade levels.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability in classroom management.
Demonstrated success in engaging students.
Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
Teaching certification (preferred).
Experience with project-based learning or similar initiatives is a plus.
Familiarity with the STAR-R framework for behavioral analysis.
