Key Responsibilities:
HR Strategy & Planning:
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy.
Partner with leadership to support and drive business goals.
Employee Relations:
Manage employee relations issues, ensuring alignment with company policies and legal requirements.
Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, providing guidance and support.
Talent Acquisition:
Oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.
Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and ensure timely fulfillment.
Performance Management:
Design and implement performance management systems.
Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.
Training & Development:
Identify training needs and organize development programs for employees.
Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance employee skills.
Compliance & Legal:




Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.
Manage employee records and maintain confidentiality.
Compensation & Perks:
Oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee compensation.
Ensure competitive compensation packages are offered to attract and retain talent.
Team Management:
Lead and manage the HR team, providing direction, guidance, and support.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR generalist role, with experience in handling a team.
In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and confidentiality.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
