Job Description:

The Admission Counsellor will drive end-to-end lead engagement, conduct high-volume outreach, and convert prospective learners for online programs. The role requires a solid customer-centric mindset, proactive communication, and the ability to navigate a dynamic, fast-evolving education sales workplace.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and convert leads for various online programs.
Counsel prospective learners via phone, email, chat, and social media.
Build long-term relationships and identify referral leads from existing learners.
Maintain real-time, accurate updates on CRM systems.
Ensure compliance with inside sales processes, tools, and data protocols.
Achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly revenue and enrolment targets.
Handle objections, conduct price negotiations, and drive closure.




Maintain consistent communication with learners until onboarding.

Qualification Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Business Administration (mandatory).
Master’s degree in Business Administration (preferred).

Skills & Competencies
Excellent verbal and written communication (English proficiency).
Solid sales acumen with the ability to articulate program value propositions.
Approachable, engaging, and customer-first attitude.
Patience, persistence, and resilience in handling diverse inquiries.
Team-oriented, yet capable of independently managing priorities and deadlines.
Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) preferred.
