About the Role

We're hiring a Creative Director to lead the creative vision for our influencer marketing business. This role owns creative strategy from brief to execution, serves as the primary client partner, and leads a team of strategists and creators to deliver high-performing, insight-led campaigns. You'll be responsible for turning business objectives into compelling creator-first ideas while ensuring exceptional execution and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Creative Leadership: Develop campaign concepts, content strategies, and creative frameworks that drive brand and business outcomes.
Client Leadership: Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, leading briefings, presentations, strategy discussions, and creative recommendations.
Team Management: Lead and mentor creative strategists, copywriters, and campaign teams, setting a high bar for creative quality and execution.
Campaign Direction: Oversee influencer selection, creative development, content approvals, and campaign delivery to ensure best-in-class work.
Strategic Thinking: Translate consumer insights, platform trends,



and creator behavior into innovative campaign ideas and scalable creative systems.
Quality & Performance: Maintain creative excellence while tracking campaign performance, identifying learnings, and continuously improving outputs.

QualificationsMust-Haves
4+ years of experience in creative strategy, influencer marketing, brand, digital, or agency roles.
Proven experience leading client relationships and presenting strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders.
Experience managing and mentoring creative or campaign teams.
Robust understanding of social media, creator ecosystems, influencer marketing, and digital content.
Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
Highly execution-focused with strong ownership and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred
Experience working with leading consumer brands.
Solid portfolio of influencer or digital campaigns with measurable business impact.
Experience in rapid-paced, high-growth agency or startup environments.
