About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Data Manager to join the Market Data Operations team. This is primarily an Application Support / Production Support role focused on supporting market data applications, ensuring data quality, resolving incidents, and managing market data onboarding.

Location: Chennai – Perungudi (Work from Office)

Experience: 6 to 11+ Years

Key Responsibilities
Provide L1 & L2 support for Market Data applications.
Support production environments and resolve application-related incidents.
Manage and track incidents through JIRA while adhering to ITIL processes.
Perform market data onboarding and ensure data accuracy and completeness.
Validate and reconcile market data across multiple sources.
Troubleshoot and resolve data quality and application issues.
Collaborate with global stakeholders to ensure timely issue resolution.




Maintain documentation and provide proactive support to business users.

Required Skills
6–11+ years of experience in Application Support, Production Support, or Market Data Operations.
Robust SQL skills for data analysis, validation, and troubleshooting.
Positive knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Experience with ITIL processes, especially Incident Management.
Hands-on experience with JIRA or similar ticketing tools.
Understanding of Market Data, Commodity Data, or Energy domain.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work in rotational shifts.
