Role Description :The Technical Content Writer will create clear, accurate, and engaging content for web, product documentation, blogs, and marketing collateral focused on technology and IT services. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching technical topics, understanding project requirements, and translating complex concepts into accessible content for various audiences. The role involves drafting, revising, and proofreading materials, collaborating with development, design, and marketing teams, and ensuring consistency in tone, terminology,



and brand messaging. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ludhiana, requiring close coordination with internal stakeholders and active participation in project discussions.

Qualifications :
Strong Web Content and Technical Writing skills, with the ability to produce clear, structured, and technically accurate content.
Experience in Content Strategy and Research to plan topics, understand user needs, and align content with business goals.
Proficiency in Proofreading, with attention to grammar, clarity, and technical accuracy.
Ability to understand and explain technical concepts related to web development, e-commerce, and digital solutions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Comfort working in office in a collaborative, fast-paced environment in Ludhiana.
Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience with content management systems, basic SEO principles, and documentation tools is an advantage.
