Position Overview

We are seeking a highly technical individual contributor to help build the next generation of the ValueOps Financial Intelligence Solution. As a Principal Member of Technical Staff, you will partner closely with Product Management, Engineering Leadership, AI Platform teams, and Cloud Operations to design and deliver AI-powered capabilities that transform cloud financial management, engineering productivity, and enterprise decision making.

This role combines deep software engineering expertise with AI, cloud, and enterprise platform experience. The ideal candidate is passionate about building intelligent enterprise software and enjoys solving complex business problems using up-to-date AI technologies.

Responsibilities
Design and develop enterprise-scale cloud-native services supporting Unified Hybrid FinOps.
Build AI-powered capabilities using LLMs, Agentic AI, MCP, RAG, and enterprise knowledge platforms.
Develop intelligent services for:
Cloud cost optimization
Tokenomics
Capacity forecasting
Budget recommendations
Executive insights
Portfolio analytics
AI copilots




Partner with Product Management to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Collaborate with DevOps teams to improve engineering productivity through AI-assisted software development.
Develop APIs, microservices, data pipelines, and AI orchestration services.
Mentor engineers on up-to-date AI engineering practices and software architecture.

Qualifications
8+ years developing enterprise SaaS applications.
Strong Java, Spring Boot, Kubernetes, and distributed systems experience.
Experience with Generative AI, AI Agents, LLM integration, Prompt Engineering, MCP, and RAG.
Experience building cloud-native applications on AWS, Azure, GCP, or VMware Cloud Foundation.
Robust understanding of APIs, microservices, event-driven architectures, and DevOps.
Excellent collaboration and problem-solving skills.
