Manage and work on Incidents and resolutions.

Incident management - logging, prioritizing and resolving incidents and track them against various SLAs.

Is responsible for the technical support for Data Warehouse/Data Mart/Data Lake within the Line of Business.

Essential Qualifications
Graduate/post graduate with 1+ years of experience

Scheduler- Autosys experience

Sound knowledge on UNIX or Linux Operating System.
