Position: Field HR

Location: Pune

Experience Required: : 6 Month–1 Years.

Qualification: Graduate

Immediate Joiner Preferred

Handles bulk hiring, campus recruitment, and labour camp workforce management across multiple locations.

Roles and Responsibilities -
Manage bulk hiring for frontline roles (F&B;, Housekeeping, Kitchen, Utility, Front Office)
Drive campus recruitment through college coordination, campus drives, and selection management
Handle onboarding, documentation, and recruitment tracking
Oversee labour camps across Pan India, including deployment and issue resolution
Manage employee relations, grievance handling,



and engagement initiatives
Execute and monitor the activity calendar for restaurant operations
Liaise with NGOs and external channels for bulk hiring of blue-collar workforce

Requirements:
MBA/PGDM in HR
2–5 years of experience in hospitality/retail/facility HR
Experience in bulk hiring, campus drives, and field HR
Willingness to travel extensively
Positive communication and coordination skills
Only male candidate required
