Qulaification:Plus Two/DegreeGraduate/Postgraduate in Management, Finance or a related field
Experience: 10–15+ years of experience in financial services, NBFC, banking or related sectors
Salary : Upto 17 -27 Lacs
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the entire Zone’s business operations.
Drive business growth, revenue targets and profitability across all regions in the zone.
Solid leadership and people management skills.
In-depth knowledge of Gold Loan business & working knowledge of Forex & Travel business.
Strategic thinking with solid execution capability.
Provide strategic direction and guidance to Regional Heads and Branch Heads ensuring alignment with company goals.
Monitor and analyse zone-level performance metrics, MIS, productivity and market trends.
Review branch and regional performance through regular meetings, audits and field visits.
Build and maintain solid relationships with key stakeholders, regulators, vendors, etc.
