Provide Advanced Technical Support For Intune And Sccm/Sms, Performing Root Cause Analysis And Implementing Effective Solutions For Complex Incidents To Ensure Minimal Disruption To Services.
Collaborate With Cross-Functional Support Teams To Resolve Complex Tickets Within Agreed Slas, Ensuring Seamless Operations And Upholding A Strong Security Posture.
Conduct Knowledge Base Updates And Management Initiatives, Contributing To Continuous Improvement And Operational Efficiency While Mentoring And Training Current Analysts.
Adhere To Quality Standards,



Regulatory Requirements, And Company Policies, Ensuring That All Technical Solutions Meet Compliance And Security Mandates.

Skill Requirements
