We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage financial records, ensure compliance with regulations, and support budgeting and forecasting activities. The ideal candidate will have robust analytical skills, a solid understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to work accurately and independently.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts
Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports
Manage accounts payable and receivable
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls
Handle monthly, quarterly, and year-end closings
Support audit processes and liaise with external auditors
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis




Process payroll and manage tax filings as needed
Maintain accurate financial documentation and records
Recommend improvements in financial systems and procedures

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
2+ years of experience in accounting or finance roles
Solid knowledge of accounting principles and standards (e.g., GAAP)
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP) and Microsoft Excel
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure

Preferred:
Qualified certifications (e.g., CPA, CA, ACCA)
Experience with tax preparation and filing
